• 7+ years in brand or visual design
• Hands-on designer who ships work, not just reviews
• End-to-end project ownership with minimal oversight
• Strong taste and ability to articulate design rationale
• Web design experience: layout, responsiveness, accessibility
• AI-first mindset; use modern tools to iterate
