🎯 Requirements

  • Series 7, 66, and 9/10 preferred.
  • 5+ years in training, L&D, branch ops, or related function in financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of branch workflows; experience as Client Associate or Training Specialist valued.
  • Design and deliver training programs; curriculum development and facilitation (virtual/in-person).
  • Experience onboarding/transitions in multi-branch environments; leadership experience.
  • Travel ~25% and cross-functional collaboration with Compliance/Operations.
