- Handle complex member situations (deceased, guardianships, representative payee).
- Advise on available insurance protection (life, disability, gap).
π― Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Cash handling experience required.
- Bank/Credit Union or financial Call Center knowledge/experience with financial products.
- 6 months bank/credit union experience with opening personal accounts (savings, checking, CDs, Money Market).
- Experience with specialty accounts (Trusts, Power of Attorney, Custodial, Guardianship, Estate, Foreign) and cross-selling.
- Willing to travel to other locations; reliable transportation.

- Part-time, overtime eligible.
- MSA I: $21β$22/hr; MSA II: $23β$24.50/hr.
- Schedule includes four weekdays; Saturday 8:30 amβ1:30 pm.
