📋 Description

• Empathizes with members and provides solutions for NASA FCU products.
• Identifies member needs to match products for financial security.
• Responds to inquiries about accounts, rates, discrepancies, cards, and loans.
• Processes transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, checks.
• Handles complex member situations (deceased, guardianships, rep payee).
• Advises on insurance options (life, disability, gap).

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; cash handling experience.
• 1+ year customer service experience with cash handling.
• Banking/CU experience with financial products.
• Experience opening personal accounts (checking, savings, CDs).
• Experience with specialty accounts (trusts, POA, guardianship, estate, foreign).
• Sales/cross-selling experience.
