📋 Description

• Manage daily branch operations: sales, operations, lending, and service.
• Lead, train, and supervise branch personnel; delegate daily tasks.
• Attain branch goals via Banner Way Sales Management.
• Oversee sales of credit cards, accounts, and Treasury & Merchant services.
• Partner in community activities to boost visibility.
• Coach sales team; conduct Touch Bases, Huddles, and skill builders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of bank branch leadership and operations experience.
• 2+ years in supervisory/management role leading a project or team.
• Advanced knowledge of retail products and consumer lending processes.
• Strong client service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Selling, cross-selling, and referral skills; budgeting; MS Word and Excel.
