🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science or related field; equivalent may be considered.
- 4+ years of bank branch leadership and operations experience.
- 2+ years supervisory/management experience leading a project/process/team.
- Advanced knowledge of retail products, policies, and consumer lending.
- Strong client service, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Travel up to 20%.
