Branch Manager

📋 Description

• Manage branch operations and staff to ensure quality member experience.
• Apply credit union policies and regulatory compliance.
• Train staff on product knowledge and provide sales coaching.
• Perform branch duties including Member Service Associate levels and ATM support.
• Support other branches/departments and corporate projects as needed.
• Oversee daily deposits, funding, compliance, and GL settlements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 1-2 yrs related branch exp.
• Internal promotion: typically start at Branch Manager I.
• Branch Manager II/III require more experience and larger scope.
