About the role

We’re seeking a driven and experienced GTM/Sales Recruiter to help us scale our go-to-market team. Our GTM team is growing extremely fast and this person will play a key role in building the foundation of our commercial organization and ensuring we continue to deliver impact to enterprise customers. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract, evaluate, and hire exceptional sales and customer-facing talent.

Location: San Francisco, CA or Seattle, WA

What you’ll do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and sales roles, from sourcing to closing.

  • Build pipeline of great candidates

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and drive strong candidate pipelines.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to both candidates and internal teams, ensuring a smooth and positive hiring experience.

  • Leverage data and recruiting tools to track progress, optimize funnels, and improve hiring efficiency.

  • Represent Braintrust in the talent market and champion our mission, values, and culture.

Ideal candidate credentials

  • 3–5 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on GTM, sales, or customer success roles in high-growth companies.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience managing recruiting agencies.

  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and other recruiting tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with both candidates and stakeholders.

  • A data-driven mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement.

  • Passionate about AI and excited to help build a company shaping the future of enterprise AI adoption.
