- 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally in high-growth or early-stage companies.
- Build strong relationships with hiring partners; act as trusted advisor.
- Help candidates understand and get excited about early-stage sales/marketing, incl. equity.
- Builder mindset: started processes, initiatives, or side projects to improve.
- Take feedback well, act quickly, and operate with high confidence and low ego.
- Adaptable to shifting priorities, ambiguity, and multiple roles.
