Brainlabs – Specialist, Programmatic

Brainlabs is seeking a results‑driven Specialist, Programmatic to join our New York City team. This role focuses on planning, buying, and optimizing programmatic campaigns across leading DSPs, turning data into actionable strategy, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive client value.

Role overview

As the Specialist, Programmatic, you will manage end‑to‑end programmatic campaigns, monitor performance, and implement optimization tactics to maximize ROI for our clients. You will work closely with account managers, analysts, and creative teams in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic campaigns across DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, and MediaMath
  • Set up trafficking, budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to meet client goals
  • Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and implement optimization tactics to improve CTR, CPA, and ROAS
  • Analyze campaign data, generate performance reports, and present insights to internal teams and clients
  • Collaborate with analysts, creatives, and account teams to improve overall campaign effectiveness
  • Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in programmatic buying

Requirements

  • 1–4+ years of programmatic advertising experience or related field
  • Hands‑on experience with DV360, The Trade Desk, and MediaMath
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or Python is a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
