Role Overview

Brainlabs is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager (Digital Marketing) to lead new business development in Mexico. Based in the Mexico City area, you will drive growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing new client engagements for Brainlabs’ digital marketing services.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for Mexico.
Identify target sectors and generate qualified leads for Brainlabs’ digital marketing offerings.
Lead discovery calls, deliver persuasive presentations, and craft tailored proposals.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close, including negotiations and contract finalization.
Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure a compelling client onboarding.
Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast accurately against quarterly and annual targets.

Requirements

3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or advertising technology.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
Based in Mexico (Mexico City preferred) with the ability to work on-site.
