Role: Manager, Paid Search (multiple roles) – Brainlabs
Brainlabs is a leading digital marketing agency focused on innovative paid media strategies. As a Manager, Paid Search, you will lead and develop a team focused on delivering high-performance paid search campaigns for our clients from the Dallas office.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) to achieve client objectives and ROI targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of paid search specialists, assigning tasks, providing feedback, and ensuring high-quality work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (account management, analytics, creative) to align strategies and drive client success.
- Monitor campaign performance, perform data-driven analyses, and present insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain best practices and stay up-to-date with changes in search platforms and industry trends.
- Prepare performance reports and contribute to strategic planning and quarterly business reviews.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing paid search campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and performance
- Expertise with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads; familiarity with bid management and tracking tools (GA4, UTMs)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and performance reporting
- Leadership experience and ability to mentor a team
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field
