Role
Title: Client Director • Location: New York (office-based)
Responsibilities
- Lead and cultivate strategic client partnerships, aligning business goals with marketing strategy.
- Own planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn) with focus on ROI.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and client profitability; drive account growth and retention.
- Lead cross-functional teams across strategy, media, analytics, and creative.
- Provide senior client counsel and present quarterly business reviews.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years in digital marketing leadership roles within an agency.
- Deep expertise in PPC and paid social channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and GA4.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Proven track record of delivering growth and client results.
