About the role
The Associate Director, Paid Media will lead Brainlabs' paid media practice in Brazil, shaping strategy, overseeing client campaigns, and driving measurable ROAS for our clients. This role requires strong leadership, deep expertise across channels, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated paid media strategies across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta (Facebook), LinkedIn, and programmatic channels
- Lead client conversations, set expectations, and deliver compelling performance insights
- Manage and mentor a team of campaign managers and analysts
- Oversee day-to-day campaign management, optimization, testing, and reporting
- Collaborate with analytics, creative, and tech teams to maximize ROAS and efficiency
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and platform updates to drive innovative approaches
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in paid media or digital marketing
- Proven leadership and client management experience
- Deep expertise across paid search, social, and programmatic channels
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with measurement tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Data Studio/Looker, Excel)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, DV360 (or equivalent), and major platforms (YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience in the Brazilian market is a plus
