🎯 Requirements
- Experience with regulated financial institutions (payments/banks/fintech)
- Piloto de Cabine experience and SPB knowledge
- Proven people management and team leadership
- Experience with financial closing, reconciliations, movements
- Familiarity with SAP and other financial systems
- Fluent English for global collaboration
- Strong organizational skills and systemic thinking
- Hands-on, process structuring and execution
