π― Requirements
- 5-8 years in Revenue Ops, Business Ops, CX ops, or BPO mgmt
- Cross-functional work with Sales, Finance, and Operations
- Strong commercial judgment to protect program economics
- Able to operate in ambiguity and build a program playbook
- Versatility across strategy, vendor mgmt, negotiation, and comms
- Nice-to-Have: AI CX automation experience or ecommerce background
