- Understanding of the e-commerce landscape from touchpoints to purchase.
- Comfortable with cross-functional teams (IT, UX, data science, legal, finance, logistics, commercial).
- Leadership, proactive, organized, autonomous; move projects forward.
- Fluent English; international experience is a plus.
