📋 Description

  • Deliver world-class customer service in the NOC.
  • Resolve incidents, changes, events and service fulfilment tasks.
  • Own and manage incidents, problems, changes, and devices for customers.
  • Escalate tickets to 3rd line per defined process.
  • Travel to Edinburgh-based customer sites to support incidents.
  • Maintain documentation and act as Technical Lead for defined customers.

🎯 Requirements

  • Cisco Routers & Switching config/troubleshooting (CCNP or equivalent)
  • Cisco Security config/troubleshooting (CCNA Security or equivalent)
  • Cisco Wireless config/troubleshooting (Meraki)
  • ITIL/Change management experience
  • Desirable: ASA, ISE, FirePower & Umbrella configuration/troubleshooting
  • Desirable: Palo Alto Security configuration/troubleshooting (PCNSE)
