Team Manager II, Program Manager

Overview

Box is seeking a results-oriented Team Manager II, Program Manager to lead strategic, cross-functional programs from discovery through delivery in Redwood City, CA. This role partners with product, engineering, design, and operations to define goals, manage scope, and ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple programs, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within scope.
• Define program roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics; track progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies; communicate status to stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, design, QA, and operations to align priorities and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering a high-performance culture and clear accountability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; skilled in stakeholder management and influencing at all levels.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
