Solutions Architect (Box Consulting)

Overview

Box is seeking a Solutions Architect for Box Consulting. In this role you will design and drive enterprise-class Box-based solutions for customers, translate business needs into technical architecture, and collaborate with customers, sales, and engineering to deliver successful implementations. You will lead solution design sessions, create reference architectures, and guide clients through integration, data governance, security, and adoption. You will work with cross-functional teams to scope engagements, develop proposals, and ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand business goals and translate them into scalable Box-based architectures.
• Lead discovery sessions, develop solution designs, and present proposals to stakeholders.
• Create reference architectures, deployment strategies, data models, security and compliance considerations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering to drive successful deployments.
• Provide guidance during implementation and integration with downstream systems, identity providers, and data flows.
• Support pre-sales activities and RFP responses as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or enterprise software.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise software platforms and the Box product line; familiarity with security, identity management, and data governance is a plus.
• Experience with cloud architectures, API integrations, and data workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
