- Partner with data science, SRE, and FinOps to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Design, build, and own robust ETL/ELT pipelines ingesting data from disparate systems.
- Implement data quality, testing, and observability for trustworthy, timely datasets.
- Monitor pipelines, troubleshoot incidents, and communicate status and remediation plans.
- Develop and maintain user-facing data assets and interfaces for cloud cost insights.
- Collaborate across Finance, Engineering, and leadership to align data deliverables with business priorities.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with large-scale data in industry or relevant academic research.
- Strong SQL skills; relational DB experience with data modeling and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with GCP services: BigQuery, Dataproc, Dataflow or Cloud Data Fusion.
- Proficiency with Python for data engineering.
- Experience building and operating ETL/ELT pipelines; familiarity with APIs and data integration.
- Git, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code experience.
