Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers to deliver high-quality software.
Define and implement QA processes, test strategies, and test plans.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
Establish quality metrics, perform risk analysis, and drive release readiness.
Oversee test automation initiatives and maintain QA tooling and frameworks.
Contribute to hiring, performance management, and professional development of team members.

Qualifications

6+ years of software quality assurance experience.
2+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test design, and risk-based testing.
Experience with test automation tools and integrating with CI/CD.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
