🎯 Requirements
- Previous customer service in ticketing or live entertainment.
- Knowledge of Outbox Ticketing System or similar.
- Ability to learn ticketing software with strong attention to detail.
- English fluency; Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.
- Availability for varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
