📋 Description

  • Greet guests with a polite, friendly manner and high-standard customer service.
  • Process ticket sales and upsells promptly and courteously.
  • Assist with ADA requests, ticketing issues, Will Call, and bookings.
  • Balance a cash drawer and ticket sales with multiple tender types.
  • Provide detailed show information and local neighborhood details (parking, directions).
  • Resolve guest issues within authority and escalate as needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • Previous customer service in ticketing or live entertainment.
  • Knowledge of Outbox Ticketing System or similar.
  • Ability to learn ticketing software with strong attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish/Portuguese are assets.
  • Availability for varied shifts, including weekends/holidays.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and work in varied conditions.
