🎯 Requirements
- Previous customer service in ticketing or live entertainment.
- Knowledge of Outbox Ticketing System or similar.
- Ability to learn ticketing software with strong attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; Spanish/Portuguese are assets.
- Availability for varied shifts, including weekends/holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and work in varied conditions.
