📋 Description

  • Provide exceptional guest service at FOH across venues.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of FOH areas.
  • Participate in FOH show calls and assist where needed.
  • Resolve guest issues calmly and share show story.
  • Manage staff schedules, time sheets, and performance.
  • Reconcile cash receipts and deposits, ensure cash control.

🎯 Requirements

  • Customer service, staff management, and cash handling exp.
  • Degree in Business Admin or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of Outbox Ticketing System or similar.
  • Varied shifts, incl weekends/holidays availability.
  • English fluency; Spanish/Portuguese a plus.
  • OSHA compliance; able to lift 50 lbs; safety training.
