Job Description
Box is seeking a Manager, Finance Systems to lead the design, implementation, and operation of Box's finance systems. This onsite role based in Chicago, IL and New York, NY partners with Finance, Accounting and IT to optimize financial processes, ensure data integrity, and enable timely, accurate reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage the finance systems landscape (ERP, GL, financial planning, and close processes) and drive improvements and automation
- Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting and IT to implement system enhancements and data integrations
- Oversee data governance, security, access controls, and data quality
- Plan and execute system upgrades, patches and audits
- Document finance processes and reporting requirements; develop scalable, auditable processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in finance systems or ERP administration
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Experience with financial data modelling, reporting and controls
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Ability to partner with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical specifications
