Job Overview

Box is seeking a Manager, Field Solutions Engineering to lead a team of solutions engineers who partner with customers to design and deploy Box's field solutions. This on-site role is based in Redwood City, CA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Field Solutions Engineers, setting objectives and development plans.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to architect and present technical solutions to customers.
\n
• Develop scalable enablement programs, playbooks, and processes for field engagements.
\n
• Drive strategic technical initiatives and ensure successful customer outcomes.
\n
• Recruit, hire, and develop talent; manage performance and career growth.
\n
• Provide technical leadership during pre-sales cycles and post-sale engagements.
\n

Requirements

\n
• Proven experience in engineering management within field solutions, solutions engineering, or pre-sales context.
\n
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
\n
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, cloud content management, or related technologies is a plus.
\n
• Ability to travel as needed and comfortable working onsite in Redwood City, CA.
