Box is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Solutions Engineering to lead a team of engineers delivering enterprise-grade cloud-based solutions for Box's customers. This role partners with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to translate customer needs into scalable solutions, drive architectural decisions, and ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of engineers responsible for enterprise solutions.
Define and drive technical strategy, roadmaps, and architectural standards.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to translate customer needs into scalable solutions.
Architect and review complex software solutions, API integrations, and cloud services.
Ensure quality, on-time delivery, and operational excellence.
Represent Box to strategic customers and partners.

Qualifications

6+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in people management.
Strong background in SaaS/cloud, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (advanced degree preferred).
