Job Description
Box is seeking an Implementation Consultant to help customers deploy Box solutions. This full-time role is based in Redwood City, CA or San Francisco, CA. You will work closely with customers to gather requirements, map business processes, configure Box products, perform data migrations and integrations with third-party tools, and deliver training to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Box products with customers
- Gather requirements, map business processes, and translate them into actionable configurations
- Configure Box solutions and integrate them with third-party tools and systems
- Coordinate data migration efforts and ensure data integrity
- Provide customer training and enablement to drive adoption
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to ensure project success
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing communication and project management skills
- Experience with SaaS deployments and technical integrations
- Ability to work across cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of CRM or IT systems integration is a plus
