Box is seeking a Customer Success Manager to help customers maximize value from our cloud content management platform. You will lead onboarding, adoption, and growth initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes and high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to Box customers
- Lead onboarding and adoption programs to ensure customers realize value quickly
- Monitor health metrics, renewals, upsell opportunities, and churn risk
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to drive customer success and expansion
- Advocate for customers and relay feedback to product and engineering teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or SaaS support
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Experience with CRM tools and data-driven customer insights
- Ability to work with customers across multiple time zones
