Information Security Responsibilities

  • Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
  • Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
  • Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
  • Role & Responsabilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts totalingapproximately$5to 10MMUSDin annual revenue
  • Serve as the senior relationship lead across key client stakeholders, focusing on CIO, CTO, CDO, and other C-suite leaders
  • Drive revenue growth through consistent on-site client engagement, proactivelyidentifyingand securing new opportunities with a strategic, results-driven approach
  • Partner withpracticesin pre-sales efforts, shaping tailored solutions and co-developing proposals that address client needs
  • Partner withpre-sales to package value propositions into outreach campaigns to drive newclient acquisition
  • Collaboratewith global sales teams to drive regional growth of existingaccounts
  • ExpandBounteous’presence across client organizations by cultivating deep, trust-based relationships and uncovering new areas for value creation
  • Leverage your industryexpertiseand business acumen to align clientobjectiveswith the full breadth of our capabilities
  • Providestrategic guidance to clients navigating complex transformation agendas,establishingourteam as a long-term advisor and delivery partner
  • Serveas a visible leader and advocate for the Financial Services business, contributing to go-to-market planning and overall growth strategy
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience growing strategic accounts indigitalmarketing, digital transformation,andproductengineering; 10+in consulting  
  • 10+ years of leadinganddeveloping individuals in the growth of strategic clients 
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in the U.S. financial sector with an emphasis on driving results and solving experience and engineering challenges at fintech organizations, either client-side or as a trusted advisor 
  • Hands-on experience supporting or leading pre-salesactivities,buildingand executing growth strategy for clients,andcollaborating acrosspracticesandglobal salesteams
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with a proven ability to navigate shifting priorities in pursuit of bold growth objectives
  • A strong executive presence with excellent communication, storytelling, andcommercial skills;aconsultative selling mindset; capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Experienceoperatingwithin matrixed organizations and global delivery models
  • MBA or prior management consulting experience a plus
