A CDP Consultant serves as the day-to-day marketing technology point of contact and helps our clients get value out of their investment into a Customer Data Platform (CDP) by developing a strategic roadmap focused on activation. You will be working with a multidisciplinary team of Architects, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Digital Marketers.
Information Security Responsibilities Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocolsIdentify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assetsUnderstand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information Role and Responsibilities Be a platform expert in Adobe Real-Time CDP and other Customer Data Platform solutionsProvide deep domain expertise in our client’s business and broad knowledge of digital marketing together with a Marketing Strategist industryAssess and audit the current state of a client’s marketing technology stack together with a Solutions ArchitectConduct stakeholder interviews and gather business requirementsTranslate business requirements into CDP use casesPrioritize CDP use cases together with the clientCreate a strategic CDP roadmap focused on activationWork with the Solution Architect to strategize, architect, and document a scalable CDP implementation, tailored to the client’s needsProvide hands-on support and platform training for our clients. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, consulting, or analytics3+ years of experience working in an agency environment; strong consulting, and client-facing skills3+ years of experience working with multi-channel marketing hubs by Adobe, Salesforce or similarStrong understanding of customer data platforms and the modern data infrastructureHands-on experience configuring Adobe Real-Time CDP, including creating complex audiences Experience with Adobe Tags (formerly called “Launch”) and AEP WebSDK implementation is a plusExperience with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is a plusExperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc. is a plusExperience with marketing automation tools is a plusExperience with A/B testing tools is a plusCollege degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Data Science or related field Additional Information We invite you to stay connected with us by subscribing to our monthly job openings alert here.
