We’re seeking a seasoned freelance Product & Ecommerce Photographer based in Atlanta, GA to produce best-in-class product imagery for a digital commerce program. You’ll own end-to-end photography production for product detail pages (PDP), marketing, and campaign assets — delivering technically perfect white-background images as well as elevated lifestyle and editorial product photography that aligns with brand standards and drives conversion.
Information Security Responsibilities Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocolsIdentify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assetsUnderstand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end production for assigned shoots: concepting, pre-prod, studio setup, styling, lighting, capture, colormanagementand final delivery.Produce a range of deliverables per product: white/isolated (silhouetted) images, multi-angle detail shots, flat lays, group compositions, and lifestyle/environmental photography.Collaborate directly with creative directors, designers,merchandisersand marketing stakeholders to ensure visual consistency across PDPs, campaigns and omnichannel channels.Execute and document lighting setups, retouching specs, and file naming conventions to meet retailer and platform requirements (aspect ratios, DPI, color profiles, background purity).Perform professional post-production: color correction, clipping paths, background removal, high-endretouchingand final export for web and mobile.Manage asset ingest and metadata for digital asset management (DAM) — deliver organized folders with master files, web exports, and usage notes.Maintain and manage studio equipment and props; coordinate studio bookings and local productionlogisticswhen shoots require on-location work.Ensuretimelydelivery of final assets and respond to stakeholder feedback through iterative revisions. Preferred Photography Styles: Clean, minimalistic product compositions on white or neutral backgrounds (PDP-ready).Lifestylephotographydemonstratingproduct use in realistic environments.Flat lay arrangements for accessories and small goods.High-contrast, texture-forward detail shots toshowcasematerials and finishes.Stylized lighting whenrequiredto emphasize form without distracting from product clarity. Core Qualifications & Skills: 5+yearsprofessional experience in e-commerce/product photography (freelance or agency); portfoliorequired.Deepexpertisein studio lighting, composition,stylingand reflective/specialized surfaces.Advancedproficiencywith Adobe Photoshop andLightroom;experience with high-end retouching workflows.Access to professional-grade camera bodies, lenses, lighting systems, turntables/props, and tethering tools.Experience with DAM systems, file naming conventions and delivering retailer/platform-spec assets.Located in or within reasonable travel distance ofAtlanta, GAand able to travel locally ~1x/month for 1–2 full production days.Strong communicationand project management skills; comfortable operating in fast timelines and handling multiple projects concurrently.Ability to worktobrand guidelines and incorporate stakeholder feedback quickly and professionally.Access to studio space preferred.Must provide portfolio links and a brief test/shot list or sample deliverable set upon request.
