We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Associate Director ofSocial Mediafor a hybrid role at our client's headquarters in Media, Pennsylvania.T
he candidate must be in-office 3-4 days per week.
Information Security Responsibilities Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocolsIdentify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assetsUnderstand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information Role and Responsibilities Act as a leader of Bounteous’ social media and social media strategy thought leadershipIntegrate with client team, attending meetings and daily activities in client’s office while working with Bounteous colleagues remote and onsite(requiredthree days per week)Plan and oversee various annual and special campaigns, including strategy and leadership for a well-known brandPartner with designers, creative directors, and content strategists to create concepts for engaging postsin paid and organic social,and provide insights about the drivers of performanceIdentifyemerging trends, tactics, and platforms; develop and circulate a perspective on how they can beleveragedto contribute to the achievement of our client’s social goalsDevelop, implement and track KPIs to measure performance against strategic goalsEducate internal and client teams on social media marketing best practices and industry updates, and contribute to the ongoing training of junior team membersMaintain knowledge of key social media tools, including publishing, reporting,influencer,competitor review, and social listeningMaintain a working knowledge of related marketing channels, like paid social media and loyaltyStrong grasp of how sports audiences engage with content across social platforms, including real-time fan interaction and platform-specific storytelling, with experienceleveragingathlete partnerships to drive brand relevance and community connection.Able tomaintaina clear brand vision, designing, executing, and approving social media campaigns and strategiesActive contributor to all levels of social media reporting for clients, including but not limited to monthly reports, quarterly business reviews, and campaign reporting Preferred Qualifications 8+ years of experience in a digital marketing environment, with robust hands-on experience with social media platforms Working knowledge of paid social media placements and campaign structure Experience working cross-collaboratively with public relations, employer brand, and influencer teams Confidence to take the lead on social brand strategy Experience launching new social accounts from the ground up History of quantifiable improvement in social performance for a large, enterprise brand Deep knowledge of Meta Business Manager and Sprout Social Global marketing experience is a plus Agency experience preferred Additional Information We invite you to stay connected with us by subscribing to our monthly job openings alert here
