Responsibilities&Key Accountabilities
- Maintainaccuraterecords of relevant partnership documentation and have a strong handle on reporting and other key information related to each partnership.
- Be a key partner to the Enrolment and Retention, and Operations teams at Boundless Learning, attending cross-functional meetings, and reporting key items back to the Partnership Strategy and Engagement Team.
- Build andmaintainstrong relationships cross-functionally, with the confidence to manage difficult conversations when needed.
- Own thelogisticsof the Joint Operations Committees and Joint Steering Committees, ensuring the process supports good governance of the committees by the Director and SeniorDirectorrespectively.
- Support thelogisticsof the annual Partnership Appreciation Event.
- Work on a wide range of operational issues in a supporting role across our UK partnerships with the Director, UK Partnerships or the Senior Director, Partnerships Strategy and Engagement.
- Assistin preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for prospective and existing partners.
- Work from the London office5 days a weekwith some travel to meet our partners across the UK when needed.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, anddemonstrableevidence of CPD.
- Detail orientated, highlyorganised, with the resilience and drive to see activitiesthrough tocompletion.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional role, where strong relationship-building, influencing, and collaboration skills are essential.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional role, navigating varied opportunities and challenges.
- Enjoy building long-term relationships, in customer-facing roles, and have a focus on customer success.
- Comfortable working with KPIs and performancemetrics andcommercially minded.
- Some events management experienceis desirablebut not essential.
- A demonstrated passion for higher education in the UK and globally.
- Mustbe able to work 5 days a week from our London office.
