ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the execution of Samsung Healthcare's Federal Government sales strategy with the Department of Veteran Affairs, Department of Defense, Indian Health Services, Federal Bureau of Prisons, as well as other federal customers with hospitals and clinics that perform medical imaging.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned Responsible for creating Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) commercial strategy for HME business.Successful strategy development, and execution of plans to lead Samsung’s introduction into Radiology market for first time with HME product lineLead grass roots field execution and implementation of IDN strategy calling on a new market segment, Radiology, and a new executive level audience in the customer C-suite, representing the Enterprise offering of all Samsung HME productsResponsible for growing sales in DR, ULS, mCT markets.Develop the selling strategy for complex customers, select the appropriate products selling mix, identify buyer influences, address objections, introduce new products, and make executive level presentations to c-suite staff, including CEOs, COOs, CFOs leaders within complex IDN customers, negotiating complex pricing, contract terms and conditionsIndirect influence of other field leaders and teams not aligned in a direct reporting relationship. This role will liaise with and align the Enterprise customer-facing strategy for all HME businessThis individual must have leadership experience of diverse teams calling on matrixed customers selling a complex line of products at the executive level within IDN and luminary healthcare accounts in the US marketServe as a regional strategic field leader for Key Accounts Management when it comes to: execution and order planning, and implementation at large IDN and strategic luminary target accountsManage time effectively; prioritize and make good business judgments and decisions in relationship to efficiencyRepresent Company at key events, functions, trade shows, and forums related to select key customers, accounts, societies, and as required EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE BA/BS degree preferred, MBA a plus10+ years of experience of healthcare experience in national accounts management preferredLeadership of teams adept at selling in complex, matrixed environments, representing multiple product lines simultaneouslyAbility to recuit and build teams in a grass roots, entrepreneurial environmentKnowledge and understanding of ongoing changes in healthcare reform and the impact on long term relationships with national purchasing organizations and integrated delivery networksAbility to communicate and work effectively within a shared services business model to effectively execute national accounts contracts, maximize brand awareness and market share growthAbility to indirectly influence others with solid communication skills. Solid networking skills, strong leader of teams.
