Ensure timely turnaround of Borrower consent matters
Provide management with written recommendations on borrower requests
Review loan docs and servicing agreements to assess viability of borrower requests
Analyze transactions such as leasing activity, collateral changes, partial releases
Review Hyderabad staff cases and progress through the approval process
Document transactions in Servicing and retention systems

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
3-5 years underwriting/financial analysis, CRE preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent computer skills
