Product Owner

• Manage the product backlog (grooming, prioritization, and refinement), working day-to-day with the scrum team(s) to clarify requirements, balance business needs with technical requirements and recommend alternative approaches to meet design requirements when needed, translating the company’s strategic goals into actionable user stories and clear success metrics.

• Prepare story details ahead of refinement, ensure acceptance criteria reflect technical and business needs, and collaborate with engineering to break down work into estimable, deliverable increments.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for one or more engineering teams, ensuring work is ready for development and helping the teammaintainmomentum toward delivery.

• Foster collaboration and clarity, building bridges between departments to ensure unified goals, shared accountability, and transparent communication.

• Provide reliable status updates to product leadership, flag risks early, and ensure stakeholders have a clear understanding ofwhat’sin progress,what’sblocked, andwhat’scoming next.

• Collaborate closely withengineeringteam on testing expectations, validation steps, edge cases, and release readiness.

• Work with the Senior PM to understand priority shifts, roadmap decisions, and business needs to drive backlog management and delivery oversight.

• Ensure user needs, feedback, and edge cases are incorporated into story details, acceptance criteria, and release decisions, using guidance from senior product leadership.

• Respond promptly to Support inquiries, reproduce reported issues when necessary, and help create internal documentation or support materials to clarify product behavior.

• Document requirements, workflows, release notes, and configuration details to ensure engineering and cross-functional partners haveaccurateand up-to-date information.
