📋 Description

  • Coordinate and catalogue live/online sales with print and digital catalogues.
  • Assist evaluation of works for auction/appraisal; respond to estimate requests.
  • Collaborate with specialists on valuations; follow up on estimated properties.
  • Help secure consignments; prepare auction estimates and proposals.
  • Maintain lists/files for consigned and potential consignments.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Three years’ related field experience; auction background preferred.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills; multi-tasking and prioritization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Knowledge of SAP, MARQ, ADM, Brightspot; willingness to learn.
