🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in bookkeeping or accounting operations
- 2+ years leading or mentoring team members
- Strong understanding of S-Corp and Sole-proprietor bookkeeping
- Experience in a high-volume, tech-enabled services environment
- Data-driven; comfortable using dashboards and performance metrics
- Strong process design and documentation skills
