  • Manage day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of properties and related entities.
  • Handle property trust and corporate/entity accounting tasks.
  • Assist with month-end close and property-level reporting accuracy.
  • Enter bills, reconcile accounts, review owner statements and distributions.
  • Maintain tenant ledgers, perform bank reconciliations, and escrow reviews.
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams; meet deadlines.

  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy.
  • 1โ€“3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
  • AppFolio and QuickBooks Online experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong English communication; detail-oriented; able to work independently.
  • Experience with outsourced property and real estate accounting a plus.
