Bookkeeper

📋 Description

• Perform daily bank reconciliations in Xero across two entities
• Process accounts payable invoices, including coding, validation, and approval workflows
• Manage and reconcile corporate credit card transactions through Brex and Airwallex
• Review, verify, and process employee expense reimbursements and card spend via Rippling
• Support payroll administration in Rippling; run quarterly audits and assist with open enrollment
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations in Xero

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounts officer role
• Strong hands-on experience with bank reconciliations and accounts payable
• Experience using cloud-based accounting systems (Xero strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with expense management and corporate card platforms
• Based in the Philippines with the ability to work fully remotely and collaborate across time zones
• Comfortable working across multiple entities, currencies, and systems
