Bombora is seeking a strategic and results‑driven Vice President, Professional Services to lead our global services organization, ensuring successful delivery of Bombora's solutions to enterprise clients and driving revenue growth, client outcomes, and scalable delivery models.

Responsibilities

  • Set the vision and strategy for the Professional Services organization, defining delivery methodologies, governance, and success metrics.
  • Lead and mentor a high‑performing team across client delivery, implementation, integration, and customer success, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
  • Oversee program and project management, including scoping, statements of work, timelines, budgets, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to scope engagements, define value realization plans, and develop compelling and accurate pricing and SOWs.
  • Drive customer adoption, success, and long‑term value realization, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery and high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Develop and optimize delivery processes, playbooks, and tooling to scale services as Bombora expands.
  • Manage the Professional Services P&L, forecast utilization, and resource planning; recruit, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Build and manage strategic partner and consultant relationships as needed to deliver on complex engagements.
  • Represent Services in executive leadership discussions, contributing to company strategy and product feedback.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in professional services, services delivery, or a closely related field within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven track record delivering large‑scale enterprise engagements on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional leadership, people management, and communication skills; ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong program management and analytical capabilities; experience with PM methodologies and delivery tooling.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer‑centred approach and ability to translate business needs into actionable delivery plans.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet client and project needs.
