Overview

As a Global Customer Support Intern, you will collaborate with the Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams to provide timely assistance, document issues, and contribute to process improvements. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, customer-focused, and eager to gain exposure to technology-driven customer support in a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email and support portals
Tri-age and escalate issues to the appropriate teams
Maintain accurate ticket records and contribute to knowledge base content
Assist with onboarding new customers and product demonstrations where applicable
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Interest in technology, data products, and customer success
Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree or relevant coursework
Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus
