Audience Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Deliver custom data to ad-buying platforms; track audience distribution trends.
• Serve as primary contact for customer data requests via service desk.
• Assist clients in devising pre-sales targeting strategies using analytics.
• Develop audience segments based on demographics, behaviors, and intent data; visualize findings.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Engineering to improve Audience Solutions and Measurement products.
• Support customer growth via client calls, demos, and troubleshooting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Customer service oriented; responsiveness to inbound requests is critical.
• Methodical, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to operate autonomously and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
