Responsibilities Include

  • Generate interest in Bolster’s solutions and book meetings and demos for inside and field sales teams
  • Leverage a mixture of outbound phone and email prospecting, following up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop relationships with important stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with inside and field sales teams to develop a territory to generate sales opportunities
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in Salesforce
  • Achieve and exceed activity metrics.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify high-potential companies and decision-makers
  • Write and send cold emails, make cold calls, and use LinkedIn to connect with prospects
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to hand off to AEs
  • Test messaging, track metrics, and constantly improve outreach strategies
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to refine ICP, lead lists, and campaigns
  • Use tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or Outreach to manage outreach and pipeline

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years in an SDR or BDR role, ideally in SaaS or tech (or a strong willingness to learn fast)
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with rejection and persistent in follow-up
  • Curious, coachable, and self-driven
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bonus: Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms

Salary

USD 50,000 - 100,000 per year (California base salary range, varies by experience)
