- Act as L3/T3 escalation for complex wireless issues across sites
- Troubleshoot Cisco 9800 WLC and APs
- Perform RCA for recurring or high-impact incidents
- Support large-scale AP deployments, upgrades, migrations
- Lead and participate in P1/P2 incident bridges
- Work with ServiceNow for incident, change, and problem mgmt
- Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Mentor L1/L2 wireless engineers
🎯 Requirements
- Strong hands-on Cisco Wireless experience, esp. Cisco 9800 WLC
- Solid knowledge of 802.11 standards (a/b/g/n/ac/ax) w/ troubleshooting
- Enterprise, multi-site wireless environments experience
- TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, and routing fundamentals
- ITIL-based operations and change management experience
- Ability to work independently during US Eastern Time hours
- Nice to have: Cisco DNA Center / Prime Infrastructure
- Nice to have: RF site survey (Ekahau, AirMagnet)
