Overview
Bold Business is seeking a Tier 2 Network Support Engineer to join our network operations team in the Philippines. This role focuses on monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving complex network incidents, supporting Tier 1 escalations, and ensuring high availability of our network services.
Responsibilities
- Monitor network infrastructure and respond to alerts and incidents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
- Perform root cause analysis and document steps in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with network engineering and security teams to implement fixes and improvements.
- Assist Tier 1 support with escalation handling and guidance.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of network support experience or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing and switching, VPNs, and firewall concepts.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple incidents simultaneously.
