Overview

Bold Business is seeking a Tier 2 Network Support Engineer to join our network operations team in the Philippines. This role focuses on monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving complex network incidents, supporting Tier 1 escalations, and ensuring high availability of our network services.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor network infrastructure and respond to alerts and incidents.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Perform root cause analysis and document steps in the knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with network engineering and security teams to implement fixes and improvements.
  • Assist Tier 1 support with escalation handling and guidance.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of network support experience or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing and switching, VPNs, and firewall concepts.
  • Experience with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple incidents simultaneously.
