Bold Business is seeking a Telecom Provisioning Engineer to join our team in the Philippines. This role focuses on provisioning telecom services, coordinating with carrier partners, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.

Overview

As a Telecom Provisioning Engineer, you will manage end-to-end provisioning activities, validate customer requirements, and work with internal teams and carriers to activate services efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end provisioning of telecom services (voice/data) with carriers and internal teams
• Gather order requirements, validate configurations, and create provisioning tickets
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, and carrier partners to resolve provisioning issues
• Monitor service activation, SLA adherence, and escalate as needed
• Document provisioning processes and maintain accurate records
• Assist with project rollout and customer onboarding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in telecom provisioning, OSS/BSS, or order management
• Knowledge of network technologies (MPLS, VPN, WAN)
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficiency with ticketing systems and CRM tools
