Graphic Designer

About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to support our marketing, sales, and content teams with high-impact visual assets. This role is ideal for a designer who understands brand systems, can translate creative briefs into compelling visuals, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will create digital and print materials, support performance marketing initiatives, and contribute to the evolution of our visual identity.
Responsibilities
Design & Creative Production - Produce digital and print assets including social media graphics, website visuals, ads, brochures, sales decks, infographics, and campaign collateral.
- Create brand-consistent layouts using strong typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Develop visuals that support storytelling, product marketing, and customer engagement.
Marketing Alignment - Interpret creative briefs and collaborate closely with marketing strategists and writers.
- Design for performance—optimize visuals for clarity, conversion, and audience engagement.
- Support email, paid media, and social campaigns with tailored creative.
Technical Execution - Work across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Use Canva and other templated design ecosystems when required.
- (Preferred) Contribute light motion graphics or video edits (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- (Preferred) Utilize AI-assisted design platforms and automation-driven creative workflows.
Collaboration & Workflow - Work cross-functionally with content, product, and web development teams.
- Maintain organized file structures, naming conventions, and version control.
- Deliver projects on schedule while managing multiple simultaneous tasks.
- Use Google Workspace for asset sharing, revisions, and documentation.
Qualifications
Required - 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print work.
- Proficiency: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva.
- Excellent layout, typography, composition, and branding skills.
- Experience designing for marketing and performance-driven campaigns.
- Ability to work independently, respond well to feedback, and iterate quickly.
- Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have - Experience with AI-based or AI-assisted design workflows (Midjourney, Firefly, etc.).
- Motion graphics or basic video editing experience.
- Familiarity with automation tools or templated design systems.
- Experience working in fast-paced marketing or agency environments.
